So you think the Queer Character Faery is just gonna bundle up a queer solo title and creative team that passes some straight dude’s “legitimate queer story” test and drop it right into your lap?

Oh wait, even if that did happen, you still wouldn’t use it cause Marvel doesn’t take unsolicited pitches anyway. Marvel would have to actively seek out queer stories/creative teams if they wanted to publish a queer story. And even if a character has a legitimate history of queerness, Marvel might still decide that naahhh, they’re totally straight. So the only reason for a lack of queer stories is because MARVEL doesn’t want them.
